The SkiErg can be either wall mounted or used without a floor stand.To optimize the usage of space, wall mounting is the best compact position, however, with floor stand, comes along anti-skid deck and castor wheels which help in easy mobility of the machine at the place of your convenience. Either way, the SkiErg is easy to assemble.
