By quickly flipping the back pad and dropping the leg press footplate, users can change workouts in a matter of seconds to get back into the Leg Press position from Hack Squats and vice versa. The carriage moves on nylon rollers that float on stainless steel guide rods which provides a smooth and low-friction surface for the carriage to glide on during the movement. The side rail handles double as control handles and is equipped with multiple lockout positions.
