How do the Upgrade Rods work?
The rods included with your Bowflex Xtreme Home Gymdeliver 210lbs of resistance. To increase the resistance, first you need to acquire the 141kg (310lbs) rod upgrade kit. Only then, once you’re comfortable enough, you can acquire the 186kg (410lbs) rod upgrade kit.
