Sold in pairs, the hook is fully adjustable and can be moved to the desired height you need it. It works as a spotter when working on weights and can hold a 7ft Olympic Barbell.

The Hit Fitness Hook is made up of reinforced steel and painted with anti-rust black paint for a sleek finish. A set of these hooks can take up to 160kg effortlessly and are the perfect addition to the half rack.
