Muscle Motion Power Bands/Strength Bands are an incredible versatile tool for adding resistance to stretching lifting and bodyweight training exercises. A higher quality band does not exist. Ideal for assisted pull ups and dips. All bands are made of 100% natural latex through a continuous layering process to ensure long life.

Red Power Bands:

• 41″ in length
• Resistance is 5-35 pounds (2kg-15kg)
• Primarily used for adding resistance to stretching exercises.

Black Power Bands:

• 7/8″wide
• 41″ in length
• Resistance is 20-70 pounds (9kg-31kg)
• Primarily used for adding resistance to stretching exercises.

Purple Power Bands:

• 1 1/8″ wide
• 41″ in length
• Resistance is 25 to 80 pounds (11kg-36kg)
• Good choice as a general use band and a specifically for adding resistance to people under 140 pounds during walks high knees or sprints

Green Power Bands:

• 1 ” wide
• 41″ in length
• Resistance is 50-120 pounds (22kg-55kg)
• This band is also a good size for general use and for adding resistance to people from 63kg to 90kg for body movements. Good choice for pull up training.

Blue Power Bands:

• 2 ” wide
• 41″ in length
• Resistance is 60-150 pounds (27kg-68kg)
• For use getting started on training for bodyweight pull ups and adding resistance for elite athletes and people over 200 pounds. Also a good choice for adding increment weight to power lifts.

Orange Power Bands:

• 3 ” wide
• 41″ in length
• Resistance is 70-175 pounds (31kg-79kg)
• Primarily used for adding weight to power lifts.
