Each bar has a minimum tensile strength of 170,000 after heat treating and is made from North American Steel.
YORKs International Mens and Womens Needle Bearing Olympic Training Weight Bars are an excellent choice for Olympic-style movements. The needle bearings ensure smooth, consistent rotation of the sleeves. The steel used in both bars is produced in North America. The Mens Bar is 7 long and the Womens Bar is 6 1/2 long
The YORK international design replaces the out modelled bolt and sleeve assembly.
