Our Pro Dual Ab Crunch Back Extension incorporates a unique rotation position, an adjustable seat, and foot hold-down rollers that provide ergonomically correct pivot positioning. This functionality promotes optimal exercise execution and comfort during workouts.

This unit comes with a massive 200lb weight stack for DGYM and includes an oversized 9″ diameter adjustable roller pad for comfort and proper alignment during both ab and back exercises. The biomechanically angled seat can be adjusted to five different positions using gas-assist, allowing users to achieve the proper pivot point for exercises.

For additional stability, we’ve added a 6-position adjustable leg pad/foot brace that accommodates users of all heights.
