For leg curls, simply pull the jumbo pop pin and raise the lifting arm to a comfortable starting position. Then, sit down, wrapping legs over the 8-inch foam rollers, and press down to perform seated leg curl exercises.

To switch to leg extensions, pull the pin again to lower the lifting arm, position your legs behind the oversized rollers, and lift and extendlegsto work the quadriceps muscles.
