The 3″ x 3″ base and uprights create a solid platform for squats or bench pressing. Using the same J-hook technology as our X-Racks, the uprights and Olympic bars are both protected with UHMW. The base includes resistance band anchors and weight storage and sits on formed brackets, eliminating end caps and to keep its footing secure. Options include bar catches, triple or double play (bar storage, battle rope anchor and weight storage on the triple play) and a 7′ single cross for pull-ups.
