10KG RUBBER COATED OLYMPIC WEIGHT PLATE – 3 GRIP

These rubber coated Olympic weight plates are ideal for all home gyms and commercial training environments. The collars have been precisely engineered to fit all commercial gym equipment, including Leg Press Machines, Plate Loaded Machines, Olympic Barbells and Smith Machines.

Designed with well-spaced hand grips, so they are easy to pick up and load onto barbells and plate loaded machines. This also makes them a great option for functional fitness training, as they can be used on their own during lunges, overhead press, farmers walks and core training exercises.
