This package is made up of the Titanium USA G30 Functional Smith, both the Leg Press and Lat Pulldown Seat attachments for the G30, the 160kg Rubber Coated Weights and Bar Package, and theTitanium USA PSFID Adjustable Bench.

This G30 is a Functional Trainer, Smith Machine and Squat Rack all in one compact unit providing over 70 different exercise options covering chest, arms, shoulders, abs, back, glutes and legs.Its also fitted with a Multi Grip Chin up Bar and Seated Row Foot Plate

PRODUCT FEATURES

• Adjustable Weight Stacks
  Thefunctional trainer is fitted with 4 heavy duty weight stack horns so you can load them up with 100kg of weight plates for each pulley of the functional trainer if required and they can take both Olympic plates (50mm diameter hole) and Standard plates (28mm diameter hole).

• Heavy Gauge Steel Frame
  The frame has been engineered using premium grade 3mm steel and coated with scratch resistant power coating that not only looks great but will provide many years of protection against wear and tear.

• Rated For Light Commercial Use
  This machine has been rated for use in all light commercial training facilities such as Personal Training Studios, Corporate and Hotel Gyms, Schools and similar training facilities.

• High Quality Linear Bearing Smith Machine
  The smith machine barbell has been engineered with a 500kg weight capacity and fitted with premium grade linear bearings so the bar glides effortlessly up and down the guide rods.

• Multi Grip Pull Up Bar
  The pull up bar has been designed to accommodate close grip, medium grip and wide grip pull ups as wellsupinated, pronated and hammer grip positions.

• Dip Handles
  The adjustable height dip handles have beenfitted with 2 handle positions for individual preference andcan be stored away on the rear of the machine when not in use.

• J Hooks
  Fully adjustable J hooks have been fitted with nylon inserts, to prevent scratches and protect your barbells and the J hooks during re-racking. They also come with a pull pin to lock them into the upright during use.

• Spotter Arms
  Fully adjustable, extra-long Spotter Arms have also been fitted with nylon inserts, to prevent scratches and protect your barbells. They also come with a pull pin to lock them into the upright during use.

• Barbell Holder
  Olympic barbell storage tube located on the rear of the rack, to store your barbells when they are not being used.

• Weight Plate Storage Pegs
  There are 6 weight plate storage pegs at the rear of the machine (3 on either side) so you can neatly store all of your plates away when they are not being used. The sleeves on the pegs and the barbell can be removed to accommodate standard plates with the smaller 28mm holes in the centre.
