This prone row isfittedwith rubber coated foot plates, with 2 height options to accommodateshorter and taller users.

It is designed to specifically target the upper back muscles, while also helping to strength in the arms and core.

Pivoting arm and handles work to ensure the ideal position for all users. The chest pad is also fully adjustable for optimum comfort and stability for the upper body.

The weight plateweight horn is positioned for easy plate loading and unloading and can be used with Olympic plates and bumper plates.
