TITANIUM USA CS80 COMPETITION SERIES SQUAT RACK

This rock solid squat rack has been engineered to handle the most extreme training environments imaginable, with versatility never before seen and a functionality that makes this squat rack in a class of its own.

It weighs in excess of 200kg and can be fixed to the floor if required.

Manufactured from laser cut 4mm thick heavy gauge steel to ensure all components fit together precisely.

Height of rack can be altered to suit (shorter or taller). Comes standard with 2700mm uprights.

PRODUCTFEATURES

• Heavy Gauge Steel Frame
  The frame has been engineered using premium grade 4mm (8 gauge) steel and coated with scratch resistant power coating, that not only looks great but will provide many years of protection against wear and tear.
  Uprights have been engineered withlaser cutholes for J Hooks and Spotter Arm adjustments, ensuring a snug fit so they don’t wobble during use.
• Laser CutComponents & Numbers
  Laser cutting the holes and components requires precision engineering and provides the ultimate finish during the manufacturing process.
  Laser cut numbers have also been included on the uprights providing users with easily visible adjustments levels for J hooks and Spotter Arms.
  Most manufactures use a hole punch machine, to punch holes on the uprights and other parts of squat racks, which is a very cheap, low qualitymethod of manufacturing.
  Thiscauses the steel to bend inwards and leaves shards of metal still attached to holes on the uprights.
  Not only is it an inferior method but more concerning is that it isquite dangerous, as users can cut their hands when changing positions on J hooks and Spotter Arms.
  

• Multi GripPull Up Bar
  The pull up bar has been designed to accommodate close grip, medium grip and wide grip pull ups as wellsupinated, pronated and hammer grip positions.

• Power Band Pegs
  The base frame has been fitted with 3 power band pegs on each side, so users can easily attach bands to the barbell during vertical movements such as squats and bench press to increase resistance, without loading more weights.

• J Hooks
  Fully adjustable J hooks have been fitted with nylon inserts, to prevent scratches and protect your barbells and the J hooks during re-racking.

• Spotter Arms
  Fully adjustable, extra-long Spotter Arms have also been fitted with nylon inserts, to prevent scratches and protect your barbells.

• Weight Plate Storage Pegs
  There are 6 weight plate storage pegs at the rear of therackso you can neatly store all your plates away when they are not being used. They are also fitted with nylon sleeves to protect the inner collars of your plates when being slid on or off the pegs. They are spaced far enough apart so you can store Bumper Platesor Rubber Coated Olympic Weight Plates.

• Dual Entry
  It’s designed as a dual entry rack and accessible from the front and rear with two Squat or Bench Press stations. Or if you don’t need the rear station then just add more plate pegs for plate storage.

• Floor Fixing Plates
  Does not require bolting to the floor but is fitted with floor plates, with pre-drilled holes, for facilities where anchoring to the floor in required.

• Rated ForFull Commercial Use
