TITANIUM USA ISO LATERAL 45 DEGREE LEG PRESS

The Titanium USA 45 Degree Iso-lateral Leg Press has been engineered for full commercial use for all user types including elite athletes and novices of all shapes and sizes.

This unique leg press combines both Bilateral and Unilateral movements. Abilateral exercise is when both limbs, in this case both legs are being used at the same time (simultaneously) to work muscle groups.Aunilateral exercise is when each limb moves independentlyduring the exercise movement.

Thanks to its ingenious design the leg press plate can be easily locked (both legs working) or unlocked (one leg at a time), soit doubles as both atraditional leg press with both legs moving at the same time and an iso-lateral leg press.

The large backrest is fully adjustable for all user heights and flexibility.

To ensure the smoothest action possible, each press plate is connected to the large solid steel guide rods using high grade linear bearings.

It’s also fitted with Power Band pegs on the base and top of the frame so bands can be used to increase or decrease tension or resistance.

The starting weight for each leg is 38kg without any weight plates loaded on the plate pegs.

It has also been fitted with 4 weight plate storage pegs to easily store plates when they are not being used and to safely keep plates off the floor in any gym environment.

The heavy gauge steel frame is coated with a premium grade electrostatic powder coating to further protect against scratching and the wear and tear of daily use.
