The Titanium USA HipThrustis designed to safely isolate your glutes and dramatically improve core and hip stability.Fitted with a comfortable, reinforced padded waist harness, that provides and optimal liftingmotion It safely and firmly secures the user to the back pad, ensuring the full length of the users back is supported during training.

It’s also fitted with commercial grade dual pivot bearings, that provide a smooth motion throughout the entire movement and a bottom dropout safety stop for peace of mind.

The dual sided safety catch and releases mechanism, makes it easy for beginnersor advanced users to use this machine.
