Our premium club-quality hanging exercise mat at 5/16 inch (8 mm) thick (5/16 inch) bridges the gap between our thick foam 5/8 inch (15 mm) Hanging Mat and traditional yoga mats while providing added durability due to the TPE material. The Hanging Yoga Mat provides cushioning for floor-based exercises and can be hung from Torque systems or rolled up for storage. Each mat has two reinforced rings for hanging and includes a different texture and color on each side. Built with durability in mind, the mat will last through repeated usage and cleanings.

Compatible withX-Create Ball and Hanging Storage Module and X-Create Ball and Hanging Storage Extension Attachment. While eight of our standard foam mat (HMT-24-72) fit on Torque Hanging Mat attachments, the reduced thickness of the HMT2 allows up to 16 mats to be hung.
