In 2009, RumbleRoller forever changed foam rolling with the introduction of the first deep-tissue roller. RumbleRoller’s massaging action can be further intensified by switching from a rolling motion to a side-to-side rocking motion. The bumps provide a wiping-type massage pressure when rolling, but are more resistant to flexion when loaded sideways, and dig in even deeper.
