I would like to give a shout out to the Merrithew team with regard to my recent order of a Spine Corrector. My equipment arrived with a small tear in the vinyl, so I contacted Merrithew to let them know. I was offered two options, a refund or an exchange for a new SC. I opted for the exchange and it was seamless, labels send to me via email along with clear instructions for UPS pickup. I appreciated the options presented to me. I received my new SC this week and I’m really happy with the grey upholstery, it looks great in my home studio. Now to get my clients working on it! Thank you!
