  Cambered Bars are often cumbersome to move and store, lack proper knurling, and cost a lot of money. Or, you can just slide the Camber Bar Attachment over the sleeves of your Olympic bar, lock them, and add your weight plates. Presto change-o!

  Traditional camber bars engage stabilizing muscles by allowing weight plates to swing, enhancing control and coordination for standard barbell lifts. This attachment takes it up a notch with TWO sets of bushings, making it even more challenging.

PRODUCT DETAILS

Save space and target your stabilizer muscles with the Camber Bar Attachment (sold in pairs).

Just slide them over the sleeves of your Olympic barbell, lock them in place with the threaded bolt, and add your weight plates to the camber bar sleeves.

Store away in the corner to keep the chaos contained when not in use.Dare to be bold with lunges, squats, good mornings, bench presses, and overhead presses, all with a little more spice.

IMPORTANT: Locking bolt may cause wearing of barbell sleeves over time. For user and equipment safety, we recommend using barbell collars (not included by default) on the sleeves of the Camber Bar Attachment.
