The heavy-duty Y Dip Attachment easily mounts to your rack for dips, knee or leg lifts, and more. Perfect for blasting your chest, delts, triceps, and core!You can even get creative and use this for neutral grip pull ups and inverted rows when you’re short on space or time.

This rack attachment boasts a black powder coat to prevent rust and UHMW lining to protect your uprights and ensure a snug fit. The UHMW-lined Manticore version can be hung vertically on your upright for storage.

Easily install and adjust the height with a simple drop pin. With a 500lb weight capacity, you can throw on aDip Beltand someWeight Platesfor some extra flair.

Choose the Y Dip Attachment that matches your power rack specs.

IMPORTANT:If your rack is not bolted to the ground or otherwise secured, you must use the Y Dip Attachment on the inside of your rack.
