The Smith bar features smooth linear bearings and a 600lb capacity to keep your lifts stable and secure no spotter needed. Meanwhile, the Krakens buttery-smooth aluminum pulleys let you glide through over 100 cable movements, from 5lb lateral raises to beastly 210lb rows and pulldowns on the dual 210lb weight stacks.

Choose yourpower rackecosystem (Hydra or Manticore), then select between the 84 or 90 height & 30 or 43 depth depending on your space available.

IMPORTANT:The 30 depth results in a tight fit between the Smith & Kraken units, so only a vertical bar path is possible. Choose the 43 depth if you want the option for an angled bar path. Minimize single-sided cable use as it accelerates wear on the cable & pulleys and may cause cable twisting.
