Using it is simple: slide in your desired training plates available in 5lb, 7.5lb, 10lb, and 20lb pairs and strap the vest on. Its highly adjustable with thick-padded shoulder straps & raised padded areas inside, improving breathability.

The weight stays close to your body, so you can focus on form. Plus, you can connect the oversized rings on the front and back to yourDreadmillor sled-pull attachments because nothing says “fun” like dragging a sled down your alley.
