DETAILS

The Instinct Dual Adjustable Pulley features an integrated pull-up bar with multi-grip hand positioning, steel shrouds that allow for customization and branding as well as rubber grip adjustment feet. The 2:1 lifting ratio has a smooth, low inertia operation and effective resistance of 100 lbs (50 kg). The accessory rack hosts multiple pulley attachments which include (2) 6 grip handles, (1) stirrup handle, (1) ankle strap, (1) body strap, (1) long bar. Plus, the DAP features our patented Lock N Load weight selection system and a simple, intuitive workout placard.
