The PR-4000 is a heavy-duty, highly customizable power rack that is tough enough for whatever you throw at it and versatile enough to grow with you. The rack is tough, made with 3×3 11-gauge steel with a 1,000lbs rackable capacity. It has 1 hole spacing through the bench with 5/8 pinholes. Laser-cut numbers every fifth hole makes it easy to line up attachments and set up for your lifts.

Extension Foot Pair:

Work safely outside your rack without needing to bolt it down, when you add the Front Foot Extension to yourPR-4000power rack. These extensions are heavy-duty, made from 3×3 11-gauge steel and add stability to the rack. They allow you to add Spotter Arms off the front of the rack and have a dedicated setup for benching and squatting without changing the J-cup or safety height. You can also use them to safely do dips and press exercises outside the rack.

The Front Foot Extension adds 26.1 to the base of your upright. Installation is quick and easy with a bolt-on design. They feature 2 apart holes on the sides and top/bottom and three additional holes on the angle ( holes for the 4000). They are finished in black matte and sold in pairs.
