This upgrade adds 50lbs to your weight stack, bringing the new total weight of the Arcadia functional trainer to 220lbs.

This creates a full 110lbs of resistance, too, as the cables on this attachment have a 2:1 ratio. That means 20lbs feels like 10lbs, ideal for functional training. This upgrade features durable, hot-rolled, steel plates. Quickly move between 10lbs (feels like 5lbs) weight increments with the Arcadia functional trainers magnetic pin. The plates have a 3% tolerance.
