The racquet includes a good-sized 76.9in2 (496cm2) head that offers increased accuracy, better consistency and easier power generation thanks to expanded sweet spot and longer mains, as well as the improved geometry of the frame. The racquet also provides extra forgiveness on the off-centre strokes, and it remains quite nimble and fast thanks to the 204g (7.2oz) weight. The head light balance ensures added manoeuvrability, whereas the AirLite Alloy construction offers a combination of strength and solid touch. The Blade 500 arrives pre-strung with Wilson synthetic string in a 14×19 string pattern and it is fitted a tacky Wilson PU grip.
