The York FTS Power Cage Hi/Low Pulley Attachment is a great addition to your York Power Cage which allows you to incorporate lat pull downs and low rows into your strength workout. The Power Cage is sold separately. This product is the lat pull down and low row attachment which is specifically designed to attach tothe York FTS Power Cage.
This can be used to introduce increased versatility into your workout, ensuring you get a full body workout every time. This attachment can be used with standard 1 plates or with Olympic plates when using the York Olympic adapter sleeve (sold separately). Cables and a straight bar and a standard lat pull down bar are included.
This item is suitable for light commercial use. This makes it suitable for home use as well as for use in schools, hospitals, workplaces and non-professional sports team venues (where the public are not charged to use the facilities) and is also suitable for use by personal trainers in their own private training facilities.
