Swiveling pulleys and cable-based design gives users the freedom to move through their full range of motion. Arm straps move independently for unrestricted oblique and rotational movements and are padded for comfort under even heavy loads. The GENESIS Abdominal’s simple, standing design provides nearly unlimited options for multi-planar core work.
