Performing leg extensions or simulating soccer kicks on the GENESIS Total Quad/Hip functionally trains the lower body from hips to ankles. This helps to build balance and increase strength in both the large muscle groups and joint stabilizers. The swivel pulleys travel along a linear guide to create progressive resistance that builds throughout the range of motion.

FEATURES

ISOLATION TO INTEGRATION

The machine features a multi-grip handle for balance and to isolate the upper body. Users can simply let go to work out unsupported and integrate more muscle groups.

WALK UP AND WORK OUT

With no required adjustments, users can simply walk up, put on the foot harness and start moving.

FOOT HARNESS

Specially designed foot harness has a boot-like shape to fit users’ various foot sizes.

EXTENSIVE CABLE TRAVEL
