Included is theMX Select adjustable dumbbell set, the perfect solution for serious athletes. Just by turning a dial, the weight can be changed to go anywhere from 10 to 55 pounds. One pair of MX55 Dumbbells replaces a 10-pair dumbbell set, taking up only one-tenth of the space.

Get to work with a Kettlebell, Slam Ball, and three sets of FITBANDS to target specific muscles and develop overall strength and muscular endurance. Take advantage of the Foam Roller to stimulate circulation, release tension, and promote recovery.
