Each Quiet Bumper Pad contains 20lbs of show-stopping, heavy-duty, noise reducing foam, with a tough, durable 600 Denier Polyester cover and heavy duty zippers.

In addition, they come standard with velcro on the top and bottom, so you can buy multiple sets and stack them and use for hang cleans/snatches, or even jerks. Easily hang them on your wall with the built-in handle.
