Imagine having a BFS Clinician come to your school to work One-On-One with your teachers! Our presenters will show you the best ways to apply the BFS Speed, Agility and Plyo (SAP) system to the student body.

Teams and schools are always looking toimprove athlete’s and student’s speed and, equally important, to control thatspeed. Plyometric training will offer explosive and immediate starts of action while agility training will make for rapidchanges of direction.

Our 1 Day SAP Professional Development Day will giveyour staff tools to implementSpeed, Agility and Plyo training with your athletes and help build your winning program.

With over 42 years of experience BFS has a deep understanding of the challenges and constraints PE departments have to contend with and we have the solutions you need. The BFSSAP professional development day will be the most engaging and useful seminar your PE department will have this year. And best of all you will be able to bring what you learn to your students right away!

The BFS Professional Development Day is a full-day, hands-on practicum with a multimedia presentation. BFS will work closely with your school and schedule for best times and dates. Generally, the Professional Development Day from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., with a 30-minute lunch break.
