The Body Sculpture BE7310G Magnetic Elliptical Cross Trainer combines the motions of jogging, skiing, stepping and cycling to give a great form of low impact cardiovascular exercise in the comfort of your own home. With adjustable magnetic tension, you can adjust the intensity of your training to suit your needs and fitness goals. Tension can be adjusted before or during your workout at the touch of the button or according to your selected programme

The cross trainer comes with 17 programmes in standard mode (16 pre-set and 1 manual) and if connected to iConsole+ via Bluetooth provides 17 programmes (12 pre-set, 4 heart rate controls (55%, 75%, 90% and target heart rate) and 1 manual setting.

iConsole+ enables you to personalise your workout on your iPad, iPhone or compatible android device, lets you track your activities for improved health management, allows you to set up your personal profile workout history, track or share your workout experience on Facebook/Twitter and for a more interesting workout, plan your own route using Google Maps (WiFi access required).

For your comfort, the elliptical trainer comes with soft grip foam handles, large anti-slip foot plates for a good stride length suitable for most users and built in body-fat and hand-pulse sensors to provide you with body fat, (theoretical) calories used, hand pulse, distance, recovery, RPM, speed and time data during your fitness routine.
