The Body Sculpture BR3175 Magnetic Foldable Rower and Gym is a lightweight rowing machine that also doubles up as a resistance gym for a great all round fitness workout that is perfect for use in the home, shed or garage.

The rowing machine operates with magnetic resistance which is easily adjusted using the convenient tension dial. The computer monitors and displays; calories, total count, scan and time so you can easily view your progress as you exercise.

The built in gym uses the same resistance capacity as the rower, but can be accessed via an interchangeable handle to provide a gym-like resistance workout. Multiple exercises can be performed to tone and strengthen the arms, shoulders, lats and abs.

For your comfort, the magnetic rower and gym comes with PU cast wheels under the saddle for a smooth action. The large adjustable pivoting footplates with straps ensure your feet remain firmly in place during your training. When not in use, the rower folds up for easy storage.
