The computer monitors and displays the theoretical calories burned along with the distance run, speed, time and pulse data as you exercise. Your pulse in measured with the built in hand grips. The manual treadmill is powered by the user, not by an electric motor so there are no trailing wires, no use of your electricity and as the power is generated by your legs, it gives a good workout for your lower body.
It has anti-slip grips on the base for added safety and a running deck measuring 100 x 34cm. Maximum user weight is 100kg (approx 15 stone 10lbs) and all tools and instructions are included for easy home assembly.
