The Body Sculpture Adjustable Sandbag Training Bag is ideal for building and developing explosive strength and power across the whole upper and lower body. This versatile piece of equipment can be used to develop wrist and forearm strength by changing your hand positions by using the different handles.

This training bag is supplied empty but comes with four loadable filler bags, with double velcro strapping on each bag. You can then chose what to put in each bag to add the weight for your training – sand, rice, wheat etc. Each bag can hod a maximum of 5kg, meaning you can add as many filler bags as you like up to the maximum total weight of 20kg.The training bag is made from durable nylon with a heavy duty zip and four heavy duty press studs. There is a choice of 5 comfortable handles and two grip handles for maximum training variation.
