Firstly, the Multi-Press Station is a three-in-one component, designed for the optimal exercise of your chest, back, and shoulder muscles. It’s adjustable to fit users of all sizes. The Leg Press/Calf Press Station leverages a unique two-bar linkage to align the leg press plate with the user’s body, thereby eliminating ankle torsion and ensuring proper biomechanics. It can transform the 210lb weight stack into an impressive 420lbs resistance with the 2:1 ratio feature.
The Perfect Pec Station offers adjustable starting positions for optimal muscle development, while the Lat Pulldown/High Pulley Station enhances the strength and size of your back, shoulder, and triceps muscles. The Ab Crunch/Mid Pulley Station targets your abdominal and oblique muscles with its unique design, which also enables triceps extension movements with the highest comfort.
