The Concept 2 SkiErg is an American-made, precision engineered Nordic skiing machine from the makers of the industrys most trusted indoor rowers. Adapting key rowing machine elements like flywheel resistance and a state-of-the-art PM5 Performance Monitor, the SkiErg turns the athletes orientation vertical, simulating the movements of real cross-country skiing with both double-pole and classic alternating arm technique. These movements offer one of the most challenging strength and endurance tests available in a fitness machine, targeting the legs, arms, and core for a full body workout adaptable to any athletes size and skill level.

Customers can elect to order the Concept 2 SkiErg as a single wall-mounted unit or with the inclusion of a specially designed floor stand for easy set-up and portability in any training space.

Each SkiErg comes with our most advanced Performance Monitor, the PM5.

The PM5 monitor has both Bluetooth and ANT+ wireless connectivity, allowing it to connect to many heart rate belts, fitness devices and apps. The freeConcept2 ErgDataapp helps you track your workouts and can sync with theConcept2 Online Logbook.Third party appscan provide additional features to help keep you motivated.

Free Standing or Wall Mounted

The SkiErg can be either mounted on a wall or used with afloor stand. Wall mounting provides the most compact option, while the floor stand, with its anti-skid deck and caster wheels, provides an all-in-one solution that makes the SkiErg mobile. Either way, the SkiErg is easy to assemble, and we provide all the tools youll need to do the job.

High Strength Drive Cords

The SkiErg relies on high-strength cords in its drive system. Much stronger than steel, the cords are also extremely lightweight, resulting in a system that is responsive and smooth.

Flywheel and Damper

The SkiErg responds to your effort on every pull, so you are in full control of your exertion and resistance at all times. The spiral damper allows you to quickly adjust the airflow to the flywheel, so you can change the feel of the pull to suit your preference. Whether you want your workout to feel like youre on flat terrain or an uphill climb, the SkiErg will respond to your needs.
