This is aimed at beginners, who can start with a load of 10kg on each side, and thenadd the 5kg weight plates as their strength increases,making it an ideal choice for progressive training.

Intermediate and advanced users can opt for the 40kg option, which includes a pair of heavy-duty 20kg black bumper plates. This configuration provides a challenging workout that targets multiple muscle groups and helps you build strength and power.

For the serious weightlifters and athletes, we offer the 50kg option, complete with two 25kg black bumper plates. This setup is perfect for intense strength training, allowing you to push your limits and achieve remarkable results.
