WHAT IS VARIABLE WATERRESISTANCE ROWING?

Not all rowing machines offer adjustable resistance First Degree Fitness rowing machines are unique however, with a patented twin tank design which transfers water to and from a passive tank, to an active tank. This enables the user to select an appropriate and progressive level of resistance by adjusting the amount of water in the active tank.

CHANGING RESISTANCE

First Degree Fitness’ patented fluid innovation creates a challenging workout for literally any fitness level and allows a user to change resistance at the turn of a lever, even mid-workout. The level of resistance is what we call Fluid Force, and can vary from feather light to Olympic sprint.
