The EPIC Selectorized Seated Row offers a lot of movement variety to strengthen back muscles. Handles swivel and pivot to allow for various grips to fine-tune which muscles are targeted. Arms move independently for single or alternating exercises. Adjustable pads offer a precise fit and comfortable support.
