This machine functionally trains all of the leg muscles to work together for sports or engaging in activities of daily living. The DS Quad/Hamstring machine uses the GENESIS swiveling pulleys and extensive cable travel to offer fluid motion whether performing a standing curl or dynamic soccer kick. The ability to train the entire lower body on one unit saves valuable floor space in the weight room.

FEATURES

PADDED SEAT AND THIGH PADS

Thigh pads are contoured and swivel to comfortably isolate the legs. Seat bottom is also padded for fit and comfort.

EXTENSIVE CABLE TRAVEL

Cable length allows for full flexion and extension. Single arm: 76 in / 193 cm, two arms: 38 in / 96.5 cm.

ENCLOSED WEIGHT STACKS

The weight stacks are enclosed to limit access to moving parts for safety.

BUILT TO LAST

Constructed with 11- and 7-gauge steel and electrostatically powder-coated, this machine is built to stand up to the rigors of the weight room.

KICK PLATES

Large, 16-gauge, stainless steel kick plates protect the machine from wear and tear.
