The Golds Gym Sure-Lock Triceps Bar is specifically designed to work the triceps, however a variety of exercises can be performed using the bar. These exercises include lying tricep extensions, overhead tricep extensions, hammer curls and front raises. Includes two sure-lock threaded collars for added safety and quick plate changes.
