This power rack has been designed with heavy duty, adjustable Internal Safety Spotter Bars, Adjustable Dip Handles and a Multi Grip Pull-Up Bar.

It also comes supplied with 3pairs of J-hooks and Power band Pegs.

The J Hooks (bar catches) and safety spotter adjustment holes are spaced 50mm apartso they can be utilised for bench press, incline press, military press, squats, bent over rows and many more exercises.

• Multi GripPull Up Bar
  The pull up bar has been designed to accommodate close grip, medium grip and wide grip pull ups as wellsupinated, pronated and hammer grip positions.
  
  

• J Hooks
  The fully adjustable J hooksare designed withefficiency in mind, asyou areable to insert and remove them using a simple rotation which takes mere seconds. As there are 2 pairs of J hooks, this enables you to have the front J hooks set for bench press height and therear ones for squats, so you don’t have to change the heights during training.

• Steel Safety Bars
  The adjustable solid steel safety bars are built towithstand very heavy loads to protect usersduring training, especially during bench press and squats. These steel safety bars also have inbuilt J hooks, totalling 3 pairs on the rack, which allows the user plenty of options for the re-racking of their barbell.

• Dip Handles
  Ergonomically spaced dip bars come included with rubber grips to ensure an ideal grip during your dip exercises.

• Free Standing
  This rack is completely free standing and does not required fixing or any form of bolting to the floor.
• Power Band Pegs
  The base and top of the rack are fitted with power band pegs on each side, so users can easily attach bands to the barbell during vertical movements such as squats and bench press to increase resistance, without loading more weights.
