We use this bench in a small space. It is very high quality, solid, and easy to use. It has exceeded expectations. Im 57 and it is a good height for flat dumbbell work. The seat pad is the right firmness. The adjustments between back angle and seat angle is simple and solid. My wife also finds it to be the right height.

I researched a lot of benches before making this purchase and selected this one because of the features and reviews. Also because the decline goes to -20 degrees.

Could not be happier. We also picked up the HF-5460 8 PAIR VERTICAL HEX DUMBBELL RACK and it has freed up a lot of space.

All in all, with a 5 to 50 set of dumbbells, this bench, some gymnastic rings suspended from a beam, and a stability ball, we can get a very thorough workout.

I researched benches for a while before choosing the 7 Position FID bench. I added the leg attachment when I ordered. Both arrived quickly. Both were easy to assemble and are built very solidly. There is no wobble and adjustments are easy and solid. The bench does have wheels on it to make it easier to move but it is still fairly heavy if you need to move it a lot. I am very happy with bench and recommend it highly.

This is the third incline bench Ive ever purchased, and Im super impressed. Well packed and easy to assemble, and the bolts, washers, and nuts are stainless and solid grade hardware. Bench seat is wide, and it has a solid planted feel. I was not excited about spending $$$ on a bench but once I saw this and compared to others, this one has a commercial grade quality for not much more than the regular stuff.
