Ideal for practising, displaying, or demonstrating, this Tapered Red Oak Bo will serve the serious practitioner well. Better used for fluid style training rather than brute force, the tapering means that the red oak hardwood bo staff is thinner at one end (2cm) than around the centre (3cm), making it light while still feeling solid in your hands. The weight of the red oak Bo Staff is perfect for strength training especially when training spinning drills. It is just the perfect staff for striking, blocking and trapping your opponent.
