Activity Guide helps you stay active all day long by showing you how active you’ve been during the day whilst OwnCal calculates the number of calories burned during that activity. It also tells you how much you need to do to reach the global recommendations for physical activity. What’s more Polar Loop automatically syncs via Bluetooth with a free app and the new Polar Flow website to give you a wealth of feedback on your daily, weekly and monthly activity.
