The Polar M430 GPS Running Watch is the next evolution of the ultra popular M400. Its packed with the latest technology to help you monitor your health, fitness and training, track your progress and reach your goals.

It features built in accurate wrist-based heart rate monitoring so theres no need for a chest strap. The integrated GPS tracks your pace, distance, altitude and route with precision. Even on your longest adventures, the GPS power save mode lets you track every turn. If youre running indoors or where GPS signal isnt available, the M430 has you covered – it can measure your pace and distance from your wrist movements.

The M430 benefits from Smart Coaching which has been developed by Polar to provide you with the best possible guidance on how to improve your training as well as feedback on your progress. The Polar fitness test measures your aerobic fitness using a range of data while Polar Sleep Plus detects and offers feedback on your sleep timing, amount and quality. Other Smart Coaching features include running program, running index, training load, recovery status, training benefit, smart calories, activity guide and activity benefit.

Smart Notifications allow you to see see notifications from your phone directly on the screen of your M430 including calls, messages and social media updates. In addition, its compatible with the Polar Flow online service and app that lets you plan, sync and share your training data. You can link your Polar Flow account to third party services such as Strava, MyFitnessPal or TrainingPeaks and even share your data with your coach or PT with Polar Coach – Polars free online tool for coaches.
