Polar OH1 Arm Heart Rate Monitor

The Polar OH1 is ideal if you want a heart rate monitor that you wear around your arm rather than round your chest. It works with all bluetooth-compatible Polar sports watches, trackers and cycling computers and streams real-time heart rate data to various fitness apps on both iOS and Android phones.

Perfect for use in most sports and training regimes, this monitor is water resistant up to 30m. Use it with Polars free fitness and training app, Polar Beat, and see your heart rate information displayed on your phone and audible through your headphones.

If you prefer to train with a watch or phone, the OH1 can store up to 200 hours of training data in its internal memory. You can then sync this later with Polars free app and web service, Polar Flow, via bluetooth or a USB connection.

The armband is made from soft textile material, is machine washable and fits comfortably and discreetly around your arm. The OH1 gives you up to 12 hours of training time on a single charge and it can be easily re-charged using the included USB adaptor..
