The Flexi Boundary Pole Set is 1.7 metres high and is ideal for developing lateral movement, which is a major factor in football. The height ensures the athlete’s entire body gets a workout, increasing agility on the whole. All the poles come supplied with safety bung. A carry bag makes them easy to transport.
